14.06.2017 - Report 41/2017: The resignation of the Vice President of the Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") hereby informs that today Mr. Stefano Santini resigned from the position of Vice President of the Management Board, effective as of 14th of June, 2017.

The resignation results from the sale by UniCredit S.p.A. on 7th June 2017 of 32,8% stake in Bank Pekao S.A. to Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń SA and Polski Fundusz Rozwoju SA.

Supervisory Board thanked Mr. Stefano Santini for his contribution to the development of Bank Pekao S.A.
