Resignation of Nominated Adviser
Following the announcement made by Ceramic Fuel Cells (the "Company") confirming the appointment of Ernst & Young as Voluntary Administrators, Arden Partners plc has stepped down as the Company's Nominated Adviser with immediate effect.
If a replacement nominated adviser has not been appointed within one month, the admission of the Company's securities to AIM will be cancelled.
