Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Broker

Wren Extra Care Group Plc, the AIM listed provider of retirement living, through a range of Extra Care and other services for the independent and elderly today announces that its nominated adviser, Shore Capital & Corporate Limited, and the Company's co-broker, Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited, have resigned with immediate effect.

Under AIM Rule 1, if the Company fails to appoint a new nominated adviser within one month, the admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled by the London Stock Exchange at 7.00 a.m. on 24th of March 2011
