Resignations of Directors

Further to its announcement of the results of the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM") held today, which was released today at 12.52 p.m. the Company also announces that, in accordance with their previously stated intentions, the following directors have resigned with effect from the conclusion of the EGM:

Mr Tim Slesinger

Mr Peregrine Moncreiffe

Mr Jonathan Bridel

The Company's sole remaining director is therefore Mr Lyndon Trott.
