Resignation of Director
The Company confirms today that Mr Sen Ming (Jimmy) Lim has resigned as a director of the Company, with immediate effect. Mr Lim, was the nominated board representative for Shining Capital Management Limited ("Shining").
Chairman of Herencia Resources, the Hon. John Moore, AO said, "I would like to acknowledge and thank Jimmy for his contribution since joining the Herencia Board and supporting the company over this transition stage of the Company".
