RESIGNATION OF BROKER |
The Company announces that it has received a notice of termination from GMP Securities Europe LLP (GMP) of its position as the Company's Broker.
This is due to GMP closing its European and Australian operations, as a result of which it is unable to service the Company as Broker on AIM.
The Board is assessing replacement Brokers and will make an appointment in due course.
