Repurchase of Loan Notes
Private & Commercial Finance Group plc (the "Company") announces that the Company has repurchased 55,000 8% Convertible Unsecured Loan Notes 2013 of £1 each in the Company at price of 78p per loan note exclusive of any interest accrued and due. The loan notes purchased have been cancelled. Following the cancellation, there will be 2,385,926 8% Convertible Loan Notes 2013 in issue.
