The Company today announces that it has published the Report and Accounts for the year to 31 August 2009 ("the Accounts"), and they are being posted to shareholders.

Turnover Nil

Loss before income tax US$1,239,155

Net assets US$6,652,251

Cash and bank balances US$5,914,760

The Accounts will shortly be available on the Company website: www.alternativeenergy.com.sg

Christopher Nightingale, Chairman commented:
