This announcement replaces RNS 4294J released at 17.08 on the 26th April 2022. The correction is to the pence per share. All other details remain correct.

The Company announces that it has today purchased 45,000 ordinary shares into Treasury at 1031.8785 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 2,418,951 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 22,979,129. The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
