Replacement: Total Voting Rights

The following amendment has been made to the "Total Voting Rights and Capital" announcement released on 1 July 2026 at 7:00am under RNS No 3928K. The total voting rights of the Company is 140,430,791 and not 140,430,719 as previously stated. All other text remains unchanged.

TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that as at 30 June 2026, the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 140,430,791 ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of 1p carrying one voting right.

The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 140,430,791 (the "Figure").

The Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in the Company, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
