SHARE DEALINGS

The Company announces that it has been notified that James Corsellis, partner of Marwyn Investment Management LLP ("MIM"), the manager of the Company, purchased 62,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 141.0 pence per share on 10 June 2026. Following this, the aggregate holding of Ordinary Shares by James and Marwyn Capital Management Limited (being an entity wholly owned by James Corsellis) is 6,995,872 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 12.37% of the Company's voting rights.

Also on 10 June 2026, Antoinette Vanderpuije, partner of MIM, purchased 3,800 Ordinary Shares at a price of 141.0 pence per share. Antoinette now holds 235,059 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.42% of the Company's voting rights.

Whilst neither James Corsellis nor Antoinette Vanderpuije is a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") within the meaning of the UK version of Regulation (EU) 596/2014, as incorporated in the UK by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended in relation to the Company, they have both voluntarily disclosed the information above to the Company, and the Company is voluntarily disclosing the information above to the market, as if they were PDMRs in relation to the Company.
