Director's dealing
The Board of IPSO announces that it was informed yesterday that Craig Rochford (Executive Chairman of IPSO) yesterday purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase of shares the beneficial interest of Craig Rochford is, in aggregate, 3,058,043 Ordinary Shares representing 7.76% of the issued share capital of the Company. 633,043 of the Ordinary Shares that Craig Rochford has a beneficial interest in are held by The Invention Company Limited, a company wholly owned by Craig Rochford.
