Transfer of Treasury Shares Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 24 October 2013,the following ordinary shares (30,860) have been transferred out of Treasuryfor the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group ShareSchemes/Plans: Executive Share Scheme: 4,000 Ordinary shares at £12.76 per share 527 Ordinary shares at £22.57 per share 1,850 Ordinary shares at £27.29 per share 20,692 Ordinary shares at £31.65 per share 3,791 Ordinary shares at £34.64 per share Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 17,748,297Ordinary shares in Treasury. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasuryshares) is 718,786,882.
