Release of Report on AMD

The Board of Watermark and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Western Utilities Corporation Ltd. ("WUC") acknowledge the release of the Report to the Inter- Ministerial Committee on Acid Mine Drainage.

The Company would like to comment that it is pleased to see that the issues are being addressed.

We are currently working through the Department of Water Affairs Report released on 24th February 2011 entitled "Mine Water Management in the Witwatersrand Gold Fields with Special Emphasis on AMD"

Our assessment and comments will therefore hopefully be released in the course, of the next week, once WUC has completed a fully comprehensive review of the document.
