Redemption of Loan Notes

Access Intelligence announced on 10 July 2009 that it had entered into Convertible Loan Agreements in respect of £1.85 million ("Loan Notes").

On 30th September 2011 the Company redeemed the £500,000 of Loan Notes held by Octopus Investments Limited at par.

This redemption will reduce the Company's annual interest bill by £30,000.

Following this transaction £1.25m of the original £1.85m remain outstanding.

This will not affect the issued share capital of the Company but will reduce the fully diluted number of shares by 12,500,000.
