Re: Carnegie new share issue announcement

Please find below a link to an announcement released on 14 September 2010 by Carnegie Wave Energy Limited, in which REH holds 232,600,000 fully paid ordinary shares. The announcement refers to the issue of 2,400,000 Ordinary Shares to EDF EN pursuant to the Technology Acquisition Agreement dated 9 October 2009. Following the new share issue, REH's holding represents 29.06% of Carnegie Wave Energy Limited's entire issued share capital.
