The British Horseracing Board & Another At The Races and the British Horseracing Board are pleased to announce that,following the Court of Appeal's recent judgment, they have agreed to settle thematter between them. As a result, At The Races will not be seeking leave toappeal to the House of Lords. The British Horseracing Board will continue toallow At The Races access to and use of its authorised pre-race data. No furtherdetails of the settlement will be released.
