Chamberlin has been notified that on 15 June 2010, John Ford, Managing Director of the Company's subsidiary, Russell Ductile Castings Ltd, purchased 1,300 new Ordinary 25p Shares in the Company at a purchase price of 73p.
Mr Ford's resultant shareholding following this transaction is 3,221 shares, representing approximately 0.04% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
