CODASciSys PLC02 March 2005 CODASciSys plc Global Strategic Alliance between the CODA Division and Microsoft CODASciSys plc ("CODASciSys", stock code: CSY), the IT software and servicesprovider, announces a Global Strategic Alliance between the CODA Division andMicrosoft. CODASciSys is today announcing a multi-year alliance between CODA and Microsoftto deliver a range of financial accounting, management, analysis and controlsolutions that take full advantage of the Microsoft platform. In addition to its existing line of financial management products for theMicrosoft platform, CODA's next generation of analysis and business processcontrol solutions will be built using the latest Microsoft .NET technology. Thealliance will deliver solutions that allow enterprises to control changingbusiness dynamics and realize greater value from their financial investments. Whilst the terms of the agreement cannot be disclosed, the alliance will seeMicrosoft and CODA jointly committing to an extensive, multi-year programme ofsales and marketing activities worldwide, in addition to the engagement betweenthe development operations of the two organizations. The first new productresulting from the partnership is due for general release in the second half of2005.
