Activities Report for the Quarter to 30 June 2010
Pustenoye Gold Project, Kazakhstan
Due diligence activities continued on this project in which the Company has the right to acquire a major interest (this right has been extended to 31 December 2010).
The first stage of the program is seven RC drill holes, totalling 960 metres, to:
1. collect enough mineralized sample for metallurgical tests, including Gravity, Flotation, Cyanidation of Flotation Tails, and BIOX treatment of sulphides
2. collect sufficient sample to determine comminution parameters relevant to crushing and milling
3. have sample available to be stored for future additional tests, and
4. compare and validate assays and geology from a number of historical drill holes.
At quarter end, two of the holes had been completed, each to 180 metres total depth, and assay results will be released upon receipt.
Kryso Resources plc
As announced to the AIM market in June 2010, the Company has acquired a 20% equity interest in Kryso Resources plc, an AIM listed company with ownership of the Pakrut gold deposit in Tajikistan.
Discussions have been held, and are continuing, with the Board of Kryso re Natasa's investment in that company.
