Purchase of Own Securities

Today Colefax Group Plc bought for cancellation a total of 10,482 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") representing approximately 0.09 per cent of the voting rights in, and the issued ordinary share capital of, the Company. 10,000 Ordinary Shares were purchased at 350 pence per Ordinary Share, and 482 Ordinary Shares were purchased at a price of 345 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 11,236,000 Ordinary Shares in issue with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to one vote.
