Purchase of CLO Loan Notes The Company today announces that it has purchased $3.0 million of face value Class D Fourth Priority Senior Notes due 2019 (previously issued by T2 Income Fund CLO I Ltd) at a purchase price of 14.25% of par. This marks the second recent purchase that the Company has made of some portion of the outstanding notes.

While the Company will continue to pursue opportunities to purchase certain of the outstanding notes of T2 Income Fund CLO I Ltd at discounts to their par values, there can be no assurances given that these negotiations will result in further purchase of those notes. Any such purchases would need to be made at prices deemed to be attractive to the Company. The Company wishes to emphasize that the CLO loan notes acquired to date are still a small portion of the total CLO loan notes outstanding.
