The following final terms (the Final Terms) are available for viewing:

HKD350,000,000 3.350 per cent. Guaranteed Notes due August 2024 jointly and severally guaranteed by Places for People Homes Limited, Places for People Living + Limited, Cotman Housing Association Limited and Derwent Housing Association Limited under the £1,500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the Programme)

The Final Terms referred to above must be read in conjunction with the offering circular dated 30 June 2017 and the supplement to it dated 25 August 2017 (the Offering Circular) which together constitute a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive (Directive 2003/71/EC, as amended).
