The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 22 June 2018 for NatWest Markets Plc (formerly known as The Royal Bank of Scotland plc) ("NatWest Markets") €680,000,000 Floating Rate Notes due December 2020 issued under the £90,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of NatWest Markets and The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc (the "Programme")

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the prospectus dated 7 December 2017 and the supplemental prospectuses on 3 January 2018, 23 February 2018, 23 March 2018, 1 May 2018, 11 May 2018 and 18 May 2018 relating to the Programme (together, the "Prospectus"), which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive 2003/71/EC (and amendments thereto, including Directive 2010/73/EU).
