Publication of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Directors of Arden are pleased to advise that the Company's Annual Report for the financial year ended 31st October 2019 has today been published and is available for viewing on the Company's website, www.arden-partners.com.
Also published today and available to view on the Company's website, is the Notice of Annual General Meeting, which will take place at the Company's offices at 125 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1AR on Wednesday 25th March 2020 at 12.30 p.m.
The Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted to all shareholders.
