PROPOSED SHARE CONSOLIDATION

Further to the announcement on 20 July 2017, the Company announces that notice of the annual general meeting to be held on 20 September 2017 has been posted to shareholders.

The notice includes a resolution to approve the consolidation of the Company's ordinary shares of no par value (the "Existing Shares") on the basis of two new ordinary shares of no par value (the "New Shares") for every five Existing Shares (the "Consolidation").

The record date for the Consolidation is 5.30 p.m. (British Summer Time) on 20 September 2017.

The New Shares will trade under a new ISIN which will be announced in due course.
