Proposed Final Dividend
dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service ("SaaS") and managed services to digital marketing professionals, is pleased to announce that further to the Company's Final Results for the year ended 30 June 2015, the Company proposes a final dividend of 0.36p per share (2014 : 0.2p per share).
If approved at the Annual General Meeting to be held later this year in December 2015, the dividend timetable will be as follows:
