Private Placement Transaction with IFC
We refer to our earlier disclosure on the above subject dated February 20, 2013 and would like to inform the market that the private placement of shares with IFC and IFC Capitalization Fund is complete. All relevant approvals are in place and the shares have been issued as per the terms of the transaction disclosed earlier. The Bank has issued 113,750,000 equity shares at a price of RO 0.660 per share. IFC and IFC Capitalization Fund will hold a 5.28% shareholding in the bank after the issue.
