Pure Wafer PLC03 July 2007 3 July 2007 Pure Wafer plc Pre-close Trading Update Swansea based Pure Wafer plc, the provider of high quality silicon wafer reclaimservices for many of the world's leading semiconductor manufacturers, is pleasedto update the market following the end of its financial year. Current trading is satisfactory and results for the year ended 30th June 2007,are anticipated to be in line with management's expectations. The integration ofPure Wafer's site in Arizona, acquired in February 2007, is progressingaccording to schedule. Preliminary results for the year ended 30th June 2007 will be reported onTuesday 4th September 2007. A meeting for analysts will be hosted by ChiefExecutive Keith Baker and Finance Director James Dearing at 09.30am on 4thSeptember at the offices of Financial Dynamics, 26 Southampton Buildings,London, WC2A 1BP.
