Fortune Oil's interim report for the twelve months ended 31 December 2013 will be posted to shareholders who have elected to receive a hard copy of this document. This contains no new information beyond that announced in the announcement made on 26 February 2014.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 and 9.6.3, a copy of the above document has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism (which has replaced the United Kingdom Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility) and this document will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do
