Further to the announcement released earlier today, the Company confirms that the Circular to shareholders (including a Notice of General Meeting relating to the Proposals) has been posted to shareholders and will shortly be available for download on Redhall's website, www.redhallgroup.co.uk.
The General Meeting has been convened for 11.00 a.m. on 28th September 2015.
Terms used in this announcement have the same meanings given to them in the announcement of the Proposals made at 7.00 a.m. on 11 September 2015.
