EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc (AIM: EKF), the point-of-care business, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015, the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and a Form of Proxy are now available on the Company's website: www.ekfdiagnostics.com
The AGM is to be held on Thursday 2 June 2016 at 11am at the offices of Harwood Capital LLP, 6 Stratton Street, Mayfair, London W1J 8LD.
The 2015 Annual Report and Accounts and other documents will be posted to shareholders on Monday, 9 May 2016.
