Redhall Group plc (AIM: RHL), the high integrity manufacturing and services group, announces that its Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2018 (the "Report") is being posted to applicable shareholders today and is also being made available on the Company's website, www.redhallgroup.co.uk.
The Report contains a notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting, which will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday 6 March 2019 at the offices of Squire Patton Boggs, 7 Devonshire Square, London EC2M 4YH.
