Richland Resources Ltd, the gemstones producer and developer, is pleased to announce that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013, together with the notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM"), has been posted to shareholders on 25th June 2014.
The AGM is to be held at 10 a.m. on Friday 25th July 2014 at the Company's registered office, Clarendon House, 2 Church Street, Hamilton, Bermuda.
