PhotonStar LED Group plc (AIM: PSL, "PhotonStar" or "the Group"), the British designer and manufacturer of smart LED lighting solutions, announces that it has posted to shareholders a copy of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 and a Notice of the Group's Annual General Meeting, to be held at Unit 1, The Gateway Building, Tredegar Business Park, Tredegar NP22 3EL on Thursday 27 June 2013 at 11am.
