Positive Trading Update

Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co., Harlequin and Zoffany, announces that its pre-tax profits for the year to 31 January 2011 are expected to be materially ahead of consensus analyst forecasts following a highly successful autumn selling period.

During the past few weeks, the Company's brands have achieved their highest-ever level of sales of wallpapers and fabrics.

All of the Company's brands have contributed to this strong sales performance, which has included a significant resurgence in its premium brand Zoffany.

The mid-market Sanderson and Harlequin brands have continued to perform particularly well. Sanderson's Vintage collection, launched earlier this year, has become its biggest selling collection since Walker Greenbank acquired the brand in 2003. Harlequin's leading collections are also achieving record sales.

In addition, the Company's wallpaper and fabric printing factories are continuing to benefit from strong order books, both from Walker Greenbank brands and from third-parties.
