Positive planning decision at Kensington Church Street

U+I (LSE:UAI), the specialist regeneration developer and investor, today announces that the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government has recommended, in agreement with the Planning Inspector, that planning consent is granted at Kensington Church Street, U+I's joint venture mixed-use scheme with Brockton Capital in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
