LSR Group starts pre-sales in Riviere Noire project LSR Group has started pre-sales in its new business class project Riviere Noire, located on the border of the Petrogradsky and Primorsky districts in St. Petersburg.The total area of the project is more than 52 thousand square meters and it comprises 559 apartments.
