Operational Update

China Nonferrous Gold Limited 中国有色黄金有限公司 (AIM: CNG), the mineral exploration and development company currently developing the Pakrut gold project (the “Project”) in the Republic of Tajikistan is pleased to announce an update on operations.

The connection of electricity at the Pakrut site has been operating without fault for 72 hours. The external power supply consists of a 110 kilovolts electrical substation, 73 kilometres of 110 kilovolt power lines to the processing plant at Pakrut and substation upgrading at Hamza.

The connection of electricity at the Pakrut site is after the reconstruction of 110 kilovolt power pylons brought down during the winter due to exceptionally heavy snow and avalanches at Pakrut in February and March.

The rate of construction at Pakrut is now proceeding at an increased rate and the trial production is expected to start at the end of October 2015.

Ore is continuing to be stockpiled ready for processing.
