Moscow, 24 October 2017 - Sistema PJSFC ("Sistema" or "the Corporation") (LSE: SSA, MOEX: AFKS) announces that Moscow Exchange on 24 October 2017 approved amendments to the Corporation's Registration Exempt Bond Programme and Prospectus for registration exempt bonds. Information about the amendments is available on the Corporation's website: http://www.sistema.ru/investoram-i-akcioneram/raskrytie-informacii/informacija-ob-akcijakh-i-cennykh-bumagakh/. The Corporation's executive bodies will take decisions regarding the Programme as necessary.
