Amendment to Official List
664,115 D Ordinary shares in Calculus VCT plc were admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority on 15 February 2017. However, as announced on 5 April 2017, only 613,569 D Ordinary shares in Calculus VCT plc should have been admitted on 15 February 2017 to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority. We have since requested the UK Listing Authority to amend the Official List accordingly. The amendment is due to take effect on or around 19 April 2017.
