Eureka Mining PLC06 November 2006 Eureka Mining Plc ("Eureka") Offer Update The Boards of Eureka and Celtic Resources Holdings Plc ("Celtic") announce thata hearing will take place at the High Court later today in connection with thepossibility of Celtic proposing to acquire the issued and to be issued sharecapital of Eureka that it does not already own by means of a scheme ofarrangement under section 425 of the Companies Act 1985. There can be nocertainty that such a proposal will be made, nor as to the terms on which anyproposal might be made. A further announcement will be made as appropriate.
