Termination of talks
On 28 February 2008 the board of Air Music and Media Group plc ("Air Music" or the "Company") announced that it had received an indicative approach for the Company, which may or may not lead to an offer for the Company. The board stated that it would continue to evaluate all possible options for the Company to deliver shareholder value.
The board of Air Music now announces that talks regarding a possible offer for the Company have been discontinued.
