Edge Performance VCT PLC26 April 2007 Edge Performance VCT plc Offer of Equity The Directors are pleased to announce that, in accordance with the terms of theOffer for Subscription ("the Offer") dated 22 December 2006, the closing datefor applications under the Offer for the 2007/08 tax year is to be extended to3.00pm on Friday 25 May 2007 (unless it is fully subscribed prior to that dateor if the Board resolves to close the Offer at an earlier date).
