The Board of Matrix Income & Growth 2 VCT plc is pleased to announce that the Offer for Subscription made by the Company on the terms set out in its prospectus dated 19 January 2009 ("the Offer") has now closed. The Company has raised approximately £7.5m through the issue of 8,337,368 C Shares being subscribed in full at 92.39 pence per share under the Offer.
