The Board also announces that the Company's accounting reference date will bechanged to 28 February and that the current accounting period ending 31 March2005 will be shortened to end on 28 February 2005. As the Company was dormantuntil 14 March 2005 when it allotted 5,618,370 Ordinary Shares and commencedtrading, the accounts for the period ending 28 February 2005 will reflect noactivity.
