OCELOT PARTNERS LIMITED CHANGES NAME TO OCEAN OUTDOOR LIMITED

Following the acquisition of Ocean Outdoor, a pure play operator of premium digital out-of-home advertising company, as announced on 28 March 2018, Ocelot Partners Limited announces today that it is changing its name to Ocean Outdoor Limited (the "Company"). The change of company name has been filed with Registrar of Corporate Affairs in the British Virgin Islands.

The Company's ticker symbol will change to "OOUT" from "OLOT", and trading of the Company's shares under the new name and new OOUT ticker will commence on 3 April 2018, at 8.00 am.
