Petropavlovsk PLC announces that there is no information to disclose in respect of Listing Rule 9.6.13 in respect of either Bektas Mukazhanov or Roman Deniskin, whose appointments as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer respectively were announced on 8 February 2018.
Mr Deniskin's appointment as Chief Executive Officer is effective from 16 April 2018.
