Chenavari Capital Solutions Limited (the "Company")
It is with great sadness that the Board of Chenavari Capital Solutions Limited announces the death of Trevor Hunt. Trevor was the Company's chairman from its launch October 2013, and served with dedication and skill. The Directors' thoughts and all those associated with the Company are with Trevor's family.
The Board has resolved that Iain Stokes will serve as acting chairman until a new appointment can be made. Iain is also chairman of the audit committee.
