(AIM: PHRM and PHRX) received notification on 2 April 2008 that on 27March 2008 Majedie Investments Plc acquired an interest in the Company's sharesthat resulted in Majedie Investments Plc holding a total of 539,555 commonshares representing approximately 3.9% of the issued share capital of theCompany.
